About the job HR Operations Representative
Requirements:
- Domiciled in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.
- Bachelors degree (S1) in any major.
- Proven work experience as an HR in the oil & gas industry for 2-3 years.
- Have experience as a General Affairs.
- Have experience in managing databases and reports.
- A team player with problem solving and good communication skills.
- Proficient in Ms Office and email.
- Good command in English.
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate daily with client to capture operational needs and bridge communication to OPAC head office PIC.
- Coordinate personnel mob (schedule, MCU, PPE, Training, etc.).
- Arrange crew changes and transportation for personnel.
- Document processes and maintain personnel databases and records.
- Collect monthly timesheet of all personnel.
- Assist project cost controlling.
- Field assignment is required as per request.
Additional Information:
- This is a contract (PKWT) position for 1 year.
- Location: Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.
- Working arrangement: Full WFO.
