Requirements:
  • Domiciled in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.
  • Bachelors degree (S1) in any major.
  • Proven work experience as an HR in the oil & gas industry for 2-3 years.
  • Have experience as a General Affairs.
  • Have experience in managing databases and reports.
  • A team player with problem solving and good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Ms Office and email.
  • Good command in English.


Job Descriptions:
  • Coordinate daily with client to capture operational needs and bridge communication to OPAC head office PIC.
  • Coordinate personnel mob (schedule, MCU, PPE, Training, etc.).
  • Arrange crew changes and transportation for personnel.
  • Document processes and maintain personnel databases and records.
  • Collect monthly timesheet of all personnel.
  • Assist project cost controlling.
  • Field assignment is required as per request.

  • This is a contract (PKWT) position for 1 year.
  • Location: Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.
  • Working arrangement: Full WFO.
