Well Intervention Supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum Education: S1
• Experience: 5 years experience in oil and gas specific in coiled tubing, slickline, electricline line, hydraulic workover
• Technical Competency: IWCF valid certificate (IWCF sertifikat level 4: Wireline, CT & SNB)
• Willing to be placed in field area (East Kalimantan)
• Personalities: Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill, Team Working, Honest, Hard Worker and Good Attitude

Job Descriptions :

• Implement the HSSE program according to company regulations.
• Supervise the Well Intervention operations unit, in carrying out work in the field/barge.
• Make preparations for carrying out work in the field in accordance with the work program provided.
• Carry out a mentoring function to representatives implementing the work and ensure that the service is carried out in accordance with the work contract.
• Provide feedback on the implementation of operations to increase the effectiveness of subsequent work.
• Make operational reports according to implementation time.

• Working arrangement : Roaster/Field.
