ISE Project Coordinator

The team:

Internet service engineering team is responsible for managing 40+ NBN and FWA broadband platforms to support consumer, SMB, enterprise business.

The team undertake number of AOP projects to deliver capabilities for the growth and stay alive.

In addition the team is responsible for delivering IT, Network, business requested demands for ongoing product development, and IT Testing support in the broad band domain including

Network provisioning, customer care tools, and Modem Management.

Prime Responsibility

ISE project coordinator is responsible for managing ISE engagements, SOW, PO, and detailed finance tracking including budget forecast, actuals, resourcing, vendor milestone commitments etc.

ISE project coordinator is also responsible for planning and delivering small / medium size projects with guidance from senior project managers within the team.

ISE project coordinator is responsible for internal and external coordination ensuring smooth running and governance of project portfolio within ISE Team.

Skills required:

• Confluence JIRA
• Prince 2/ PMI project certified / knowledge / experience
• Walter fall / Agile project methodologies.
• Advance Microsoft Office skills word, excel, power point
• Experience working in Telcom domain
• Bachelors degree in engineering
• Worked as Project coordinator or similar role
