These are the responsibilities

You ensure that every project becomes a success, from defining clear objectives to delivering results:

• Developing a business case with clear scope, goals, budget, deliverables, and added value.
• Leading cross-functional teams (IT and non-IT) for smooth preparation and execution.
• Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Regularly communicating project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Aligning with the Program Manager and Lead Product Owner on planning, resources, and escalation of issues when needed.

This is you

You are a flexible and results-driven leader with excellent communication skills. Additionally, you bring:

• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in an agile environment.
• A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and experience with supply chain or IT processes.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus but not required.
• Availability of 32-40 hours per week.
