About the Role

We're seeking a talented professional with a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills in English to support our client.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Design and Maintenance:
  • Design and implement IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Ensure the optimal performance and reliability of IT systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
  • System Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
  • Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve them efficiently.
  • Implement preventative measures to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Software and Hardware Management:
  • Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware components.
  • Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets.
  • User Account Management:
  • Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and permissions.
  • Ensure that users have appropriate access to system resources.
  • Policy Development and Implementation:
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure security, compliance, and efficient operations.
  • Educate users on IT policies and procedures.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving their issues and questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist users in utilizing IT systems and applications effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in [list of relevant technologies, e.g., Windows Server, Linux, networking, cybersecurity]
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
