About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Virtual Assistant Specialist with a strong background in social media management. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting various administrative tasks while managing and growing social media accounts across multiple platforms. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Manage and create content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics to increase brand awareness.
  • Administrative Support: Handle various administrative duties, such as managing email inboxes, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and preparing documents.
  • Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and manage communications through emails or social media channels.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating graphics, captions, and posts for social media accounts using design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and social media trends. Generate reports on social media performance and suggest improvements.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing projects by coordinating with team members, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that deliverables are met on time.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our company's brand and messaging principles.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Remain adaptable and possess a strong desire to learn new skills as needed.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to build positive relationships with internal and external contacts.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and resolve conflicts effectively. (American accent preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related administrative role.
  • Strong background in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proficiency with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with basic administrative tasks such as email management and scheduling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Background in customer service or client relations.
