Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at OnSpot Global, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer support services on behalf of our clients. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring client satisfaction, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a positive brand image. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat
  • Gathering customer information, assessing customer needs, and providing solutions to customer problems
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Updating customer information in the customer service database during interactions
  • Providing customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products/services
  • Providing an excellent customer experience, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with other customer service-related tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar customer service role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening and comprehension abilities
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
