  • Analyze current sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improvement.
  • Develop and implement streamlined sales processes to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service and align sales processes with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship and support to sales team members to ensure adherence to optimized processes.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance sales process efficiency.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the freight forwarding sector.

Requirement :

  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Manager with a focus on process improvement in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
