Position Overview
We are looking for a Team Manager to join our dynamic team and drive exceptional sales performance. This role is perfect for someone with proven sales expertise, a deep understanding of effective sales strategies, and the ability to inspire a team to exceed ambitious sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative sales strategies and methods to capture market opportunities, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing coaching and actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Sales Training and Development: Conduct training sessions on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement to enhance team capabilities.
- Goal Setting and Achievement: Establish clear sales goals and provide the support and resources needed to achieve them.
- Customer Relationship Management: Oversee and support the team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements and new sales approaches.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
Minimum Skills Requirements:
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a leadership or management role, with a strong background in exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools to track performance and sales activities.
