Data Entry Clerk - 100% Remote

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for updating customer accounts, updating accounting profiles, and handling all customer inquiries which may require troubleshooting customer issues. This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in breaking into the Accounting industry!

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:

  • Assist with regulatory compliance matters
  • Respond to customer inquiries in regards to account status, necessary documentation, and accounting deadlines
  • Stay updated with service specifications to provide clients with proper guidance
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Proficiency with Quickbooks

Qualifications of the Data Entry Clerk:

  • SAP experience is desired but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems is preferred
  • Strong data entry and typing skills

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
