Key Role 

As key member of the People Partnerships team, you will be responsible for design, delivery and execution of a full range of HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to assigned groups and key stakeholders
  • Provide a high level of professional operational HR advice
  • Provide industrial and employee relations advice
  • Manage industrial and employee relations cases
  • Analysis of HR trends and data to support effective decision making

Required

  • Experience working as a Business Partner with scope across generalist human resources, employee relations and industrial relations
  • Experience in leading small restructures in a commercial environment
  • Ability to proactively anticipate stakeholder needs and identify opportunities to enhance the service provided to the business
  • Ability to manage competing, high-priority demands and managing operational workload
