Key Accountabilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting visitors in finding their way around the office.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Managing travel for senior management
- Booking of Hotel & Car for associates
- Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Managing Security Staff at Reception area
- Following safety procedure for Visitors
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Crown – Record Management – New Project on Digitalization
- Maintenance of Indoor Plants
- Vendor Management related to Profile
- Payment Clearance and management
- Leading Employee Welfare @ head office on festivals.

Key Requirements
