Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Working alongside the Managing Director and assisting with all required administration needs, including sending and receiving emails, phone calls and data entry.
The Candidate:
- We are seeking candidates who have had previous office experience in administration assistance or data entry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Attentional to detail.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Dependable.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Business Qualification Cert II or above. (Preferred but not required).
- Financial or Business background. (Preferred but not required).

Salary: From $30.00 per hour
