About the job Administrator/Data Entry Officer
Our client is currently searching for an Administrator/Data Entry Officer to join their poultry supplier company in their office location in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to) :
- Daily admin duties
- Placing orders through the system
- Maintaining stock control orders
- Contacting the contract management to ensure the orders are being delivered to branch
- Answering phone enquires
- Assisting reception
- Participate in the proceedings of meetings and provide executive support and follow up on actions as necessary, whilst keeping all participants and stakeholders informed.
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Administrative/ business background
- Poultry knowledge is an advantage
- Advanced Microsoft office platform skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
The successful applicant will need to have all COVID Vaccinations to meet state regulations.
