About the job Administrator/Data Entry Officer

Our client is currently searching for an Administrator/Data Entry Officer to join their poultry supplier company in their office location in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to) :

  • Daily admin duties
  • Placing orders through the system
  • Maintaining stock control orders
  • Contacting the contract management to ensure the orders are being delivered to branch
  • Answering phone enquires
  • Assisting reception
  • Participate in the proceedings of meetings and provide executive support and follow up on actions as necessary, whilst keeping all participants and stakeholders informed.

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
  • Administrative/ business background
  • Poultry knowledge is an advantage
  • Advanced Microsoft office platform skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail


The successful applicant will need to have all COVID Vaccinations to meet state regulations.
