About the job Crestron Programmer
Crestron Programmer
About us
At ONEXP we specialise in audio, video, information technology, and communication technology for superyachts and ultra-luxury residences. We offer a unique and bespoke suite of solutions and services within this field, incorporating advisory, project realisation, support, and product development. Currently we work on- and have delivered - some of the worlds most prestigious projects both at sea and on land with breathtaking designs and outstanding results that exceed the expectations of some of the most demanding clients who are not easily astounded.
We have proven to be a reliable and trusted partner by combining discretion and in-depth knowledge of AV/IT in combination with a strong focus on the execution and delivery of our projects. This is reflected by our core values which are Ownership, No-Nonsense, and Excellence.
Next to ONEXP that focusses on projects, we also develop products under the name YachtCloud, such as Omniyon, GEST and YIS.
Who you are
In the ultra-luxury segment we operate in, we often need to need to come up with AV experiences that have not been made before. Think of an interactive swimming pool with projected underwater worlds in combination with touch screens for treasure hunting, where scores are kept. Or a golf simulator situated on a deck outside. By combining our vast experience, curiosity, flexibility and drive, we are able to deliver these truly unique AV experiences.
Preferably you have gained experience as a Crestron Programmer over the past few years. SIMPL, be it SIMPL+, SIMPL#PRO or VTPRO-e are some of the tools of your trade.
You will be working closely with our Crestron Developers and Programmers to bring the seven-star AV experiences to life, making them responsive, intuitive and user-friendly.
Experience in the luxury segment is a plus. We also encourage you to apply if you have experience in the corporate or domotica world and are now looking to work with the latest technologies and newest AV systems.
We prepare and test our projects in Rotterdam before sending the equipment to the client. The actual installation and commissioning we do onsite. As we deliver projects worldwide, you are able to travel internationally for about 20% of your time, sometimes on an ad-hoc basis.
What we expect
We expect you to relate to our Core Values: Ownership, No-Nonsense, and Excellence.
Your English language and communication skills are excellent due to the nature of our work.
As we are an IT & A/V integrator, our teams work very closely together. The majority of your stakeholders work from the Van Nelle Fabriek in Rotterdam. Working fully remote is not an option for this role.
What you get in return
You will be joining a successful scale-up that has earned its spot in the luxury yachting segment. We build some of the most advanced AV/IT solutions, and you could become part of the team that creates them.
We make sure that you have all the conditions to be successful, including a competitive salary and secondary benefits.
Feel free to reach out to us via joinus@onexp.com if you have any further questions.
