About the job Customer Care Specialist
We are looking for energetic and fast learning customer care specialist.
Job responsibilities
Provide exhaustive assistance to customers' inquiries via phone, through written communication and in person.
Keep track on customers' issues and resolve them with customer-centric approach.
Come up periodically with work optimization and improvement suggestions.
Required qualifications
Excelent knowledge of Armenian language, both written and oral.
Good knowledge of English and Russian.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office basic tools.
Experience in working with helpdesk softwares is a plus.
Ability to learn fast and make decisions fast.
