About the Role
As the Business Unit Manager, you will take full responsibility for a large, multi-faceted client programme. You will build strong, influential relationships at senior level, drive commercial performance, and lead high-performing teams to deliver consistently strong operational outcomes.
This position combines strategic oversight, commercial accountability and hands-on leadership, offering a rare opportunity to shape the direction and success of a major business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the senior point of contact for a major client partnership, ensuring strong and trusted relationships
- Lead commercial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and profitable growth
- Manage, develop and inspire teams across multiple functions
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality, consistent operational performance
- Identify new business opportunities and support the development of future-focused strategies
- Use data and insight to drive decision-making, performance improvement and innovation
- Champion continuous improvement, transformation and more efficient ways of working
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience managing large-scale client accounts or business units
- Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L responsibility
- Ability to build and influence senior-level stakeholder relationships
- Excellent people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Confident using data to generate insight and inform strategy
- Experience leading change, transformation or growth programmes
- Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills
Desirable Experience: Consumer electronics, technology, retail or field-based service environments.
