You will inspire success through strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team
• Driving sales performance and delivering against store KPIs
• Managing scheduling, resource planning, and operational processes
• Communicating business objectives and strategic initiatives clearly across the team
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow the business
• Leading weekly management meetings and reviewing commercial results
• Supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and people development
