Type: Full-time, in-showroom (5 days per week, with flexibility on start/end times and days worked)
Salary: 35-40k base + commissions (OTE 50k +, uncapped)

The Opportunity
They are looking for a proactive Junior Sales Representative to join our team. This is a client-facing role that blends supporting senior sales colleagues with taking on projects of your own. Its ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in consultative sales, with the chance to grow into ownership of accounts, relationships, and deals over time.
What You'll Do
- Support residential and commercial sales teams on a wide range of projects
- Assist with client communications, sampling, quotations, ordering, and project documentation
- Provide a consultative, client-first experience to homeowners, designers, architects, and builders
- Handle showroom walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and presentations
- Maintain the showroom ensuring it is welcoming, organised, and visually strong
- Use our CRM (Pipedrive) to track leads, manage communications, and support pipeline activity
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Follow up on enquiries promptly and professionally, supporting a seamless client journey
- Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Take increasing ownership of projects, accounts, and client relationships as you grow in the role
Training & Development
We provide a comprehensive training programme to give you deep knowledge of our products, processes, and client approach. You'll be supported by senior colleagues and mentored in consultative sales, ensuring you're equipped to succeed. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to transition from a supporting role into owning deals and accounts with full autonomy.
What Were Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles
- A consultative communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, reliable, and motivated to achieve sales targets
- Comfortable working face-to-face with clients in a showroom environment
- Proactive in lead generation and confident in outbound approaches
- Able to use CRM systems and digital tools effectively (we use Pipedrive)
- Interest in construction, interiors, or premium products is an advantage
