About the Role

Our clients are a growing bathroom design, supply, and installation business based in Dublin, looking for an experienced Bathroom Sales Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You'll guide customers through their bathroom renovation journey, from initial consultation through to final sale, helping them find the right products and solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from enquiry to sale.
• Conduct customer consultations and provide product recommendations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Work closely with design and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage leads and maximise conversion rates.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and products.
• Maintain high showroom standards.

About You

• Proven experience in a sales management or senior sales role, ideally within bathrooms, kitchens, interiors, or home improvement.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident, professional, and target-driven.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
