Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable, practical and customer-focused individual to join our clients Disposal & Auction Operations team. The successful candidate will safely handle assets, support auction activities and work effectively within a busy, fast-paced environment.
This is a varied, hands-on role requiring flexibility, initiative and a strong work ethic. No two days are the same, with responsibilities ranging from asset handling and site visits to supporting offsite auctions and customer collections.
Role Details
· Location: Kingswood, Dublin
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
· Employment Type: Full-time, in person
· Salary: National Minimum Wage
For employees aged 20 and over, the current National Minimum Wage in Ireland is €14.15 per hour, effective from 1 January 2026. Statutory age-related rates apply to employees under 20.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based in Kingswood, Dublin. The role may also involve occasional travel for site visits, asset inspections and offsite auction activities, so a full driving licence is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
· Safely handle, move and store assets.
· Prepare assets and lots for auction.
· Produce accurate asset descriptions and information for auction catalogues and marketing.
· Conduct site visits and asset inspections.
· Coordinate collections, transportation, storage and disposal logistics.
· Assist with the organisation and delivery of offsite auctions.
· Support customer collections and enquiries in a professional manner.
· Maintain accurate records using company systems and handheld devices.
· Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
· Take ownership of tasks and proactively identify solutions to problems.
· Adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements.

Experience Required
· Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, logistics, retail, construction or customer-facing environment is desirable.
· Experience handling stock, equipment or machinery would be an advantage.
· Experience working within a fast-paced operational environment.
· Basic IT skills, including email and stock management systems.
· Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
· Full driving licence desirable due to site visits and offsite auction activities but not essential
