About the job #10772 Senior Executive Administrator - QFA Qualified
Based in Cork, our client is looking to enhance their team with the employment of a Senior Executive Administrator. The successful candidate will be involved in servicing an existing base of high-net-worth clients.
You will be liaising directly with allocated advisors on a regular basis, ensuring that they are kept updated with the progress of their cases as well as analysing data and using research tools to provide solutions to meet clients needs and objectives and providing records to support research to be undertaken. Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, ideally with some experience in Paraplanning for pension and investments (however this is not an absolute necessity).
Main Requirements of the Role:
- All applicants must be fully QFA qualified minimum requirement for this role.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the industry.
- Excellent understanding of relevant regulatory compliance requirements.
- The ability to work to targets and deadlines, on their own initiative.
- Self-motivated with energy & drive.
- The integrity to respect private and confidential information
- Manage the intake, review and processing of all new life, savings and pensions related applications including all applicable supporting documentation.
- Monitor the transfers in progress to ensure the smooth processing of funds and manage the timely transition to client policies.
- Monitoring and reviewing of client files and any policy change requests.
- Establishing and maintaining excellent customer and broker relations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and judgment, showing logical decision making and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with a proven administration background.
- Strong problem solving, communication, listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong personal relationships.
- An ability to plan and organise to maximise the efficiency of the role.
- Be able to work as part of a growing team.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office & CRM systems required).
