We are looking to recruit a 30hr a week Bookkeeper with flexible hours between Monday-Friday (in office) to cover maternity leave. 


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deal with internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process Sales and Purchase Invoices.
  • Manage Creditor and Debtor reconciliations.
  • Any other administrative duties as required.
  • Treat all colleagues with dignity and respect.
  • Ensure that all Company policies and practices are adhered to at all times.
  • Carry out any other duties that may be required from time to time.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Xero accounts package.
  • Experience using EDI systems.
  • Proficient in MS Packages in particular MS Word and Excel and Outlook.
  • Numerical ability.
  • Attention to detail, ability to resolve issues in a timely and practical manner.
  • Team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines and take direction.
  • Must have a can do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in communicative and written English.
