Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Sandyford, Dublin

Salary: 35,000 DOE (Depending on Experience)

About the Role: Our client, a reputable printing company based in Sandyford, is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Customer Relationship Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding and some experience of the printing process, though they will not be required to operate any printing machines or be involved in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brief printers on paper stock, print job requirements, finishing details, and check artwork before it goes to print.
• Sign off on printers' proofs, ensuring high-resolution and print-ready artwork.
• Understand standard paper sizes and envelope sizes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of print jobs.
• Resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer relationship management, ideally within the printing industry.
• Familiarity with the printing process, including paper stock, print job requirements, and finishing details.
• Ability to ascertain if artwork is high-resolution and print-ready.
• Knowledge of standard paper sizes and envelope sizes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
