The Senior Sales Executive will be required to provide front line, best-in-class service and support to our client's customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying customer needs and capturing the data related to this
  • Selling and valuing used cars
  • Continuous learning of the new car market, product details and price changes
  • Meeting sales targets on a continuous basis
  • Prospecting using existing customer database
  • Be familiar with the finance process
  • Preparing handover documentation to a high standard
  • Following internal sales processes and procedures

Skills needed:

  • Must have the ability to work on own initiative
  • Driven and ambitious in meeting targets on a monthly basis
  • Strong communication skills, customers and employees alike
  • Full clean Irish Drivers licence
  • Experience with a main deal with a large sales volume
  • Previous experience in a large Motormall/Multi -Franchise dealership advantageous


Additional Information

The hours of attendance are based on a 39-hour week. Working days depend on time of year and busy sales periods. Hours of work are 8.30am to 6pm. Weekend work may be required.


What you get in return:

  • Bonus & Commission structure. OTE projected at 85,000+
