Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential and existing clients with a view to arranging meetings
- Managing Sales and Executive Teams diaries (whilst understanding and anticipating needs and understanding priorities)
- Filtering of inbound communications and determining who should be notified and allocated relevant queries whilst also determining appropriate responses/actions from these communications
- Co-ordinate travel, presentations, itineraries, etc for executive team
- Provide various cross channel functionality through the company including but not limited to HR / Operations / IT / Marketing / etc.
- Research of various areas
- Database Maintenance
- Data Mining, Data Research and Data Input through various mediums
- Management of key internal meetings and ad-hoc events
- Tradeshow / Seminar / Conference Attendance
- Other Ad-Hoc responsibilities as directed by the executive team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
- Highest level of decorum and confidentiality
- Fluent English
- Fantastic and friendly phone manner
- Ability to manage and build strong relationships across the business, internally and externally
- Team Player
- First rate communication skills in all aspects, in person, phone, email, social media, or any other tools used to connect with existing and prospective clients
- Highly driven and motivated
- Ability to work on own initiative and under direction of executive teams
- Detail Focused
- Excellent MS Suite Skill
