We are currently looking to recruit a Warranty Manager for our well-established client in the motor business.
Responsibilities:
- As the warranty manager you will take responsibility for the whole warranty process, including processing, filing, and tracking warranty claims in accordance with the manufacturer's policy and meet or exceed customer and business expectations,
- When necessary, communicate with after-sales personnel about the status of warranty claims.
- Process warranty job cards received from service advisors, updating the system with the necessary claim codes to identify the cause, make of the part, fault diagnosis, and specifics of the customer complaint, as well as any additional information needed.
- Review the Warranty Bulletins frequently, and implement or notify the appropriate employees of any modifications found.
- Communicates with the manufacturer to get details and consent on contributions
- Creates and maintains thorough product knowledge for all cars.
- Completes all necessary documentation for each warranty claim
- Participates in manufacturer warranty training and audits as necessary, finishing any additional administrative tasks as directed by the line manager
- The Service Manager will be responsible for answering to the chosen candidate.
- Maintains a clean workspace and a professional image.
- Performs additional tasks as directed.
Requirements:
- Experience is a must
- Ambitious in meeting targets
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Full clean Drivers license
