We are hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager for a market leading business operating in the Financial Services Industry. Our business hosts several events a year and this role will work directly with the events by contacting clients to introduce them to the event. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to work with high profile people, organizing and hosting events.
The Role:
- Initiate outbound sales calls and emails to potential clients to introduce them to the event, highlight its value proposition, and persuade them to purchase tickets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the event, including its agenda, speakers, benefits, and value to clients. Be prepared to address client inquiries and objections effectively.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Closing Deals: Close sales deals by effectively addressing client concerns, negotiating ticket packages and pricing, and securing commitments from clients.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Provide regular reports to management.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent post-sale support, including ticket delivery, answering client questions, and resolving any issues to enhance client satisfaction.
