Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Clane, Co. Kildare, Ireland

Salary: 35,000 - 55,000 per year (based on experience) + Sales Commission

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

About Our Client: Our client is a well-established name in the automobile industry, specializing in used car sales. They are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and offering a wide range of high-quality vehicles. They are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team in Clane.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and matching them with suitable vehicles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Requirements:

• Business Degree: A degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in car sales, preferably in the used car market.
• Driving License: Must hold a valid Irish/EU/UK driving license and have the ability to commute to Clane.
• Work Rights: Applicants must have full-time work rights in Ireland. If not an EU/EEA citizen, Stamp 4 or Stamp 1G status is required.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Travel: Must be willing to travel as needed for business purposes; travel allowance will be provided.
