We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service and Warranty Support agent for our well-established client based in Park West. The role offers up to 32,500 salary with opportunities to train and develop within a large motor distributor group.

Responsibilities:

· Handle customer queries received from multiple channels.

· Understand and respond to customer needs, exceeding customers expectations at all times.

· Review warranty claims and payments with clients.

· Present and maintain customer service & warranty reports.

· Deal with customer and warranty related queries from our B2B customers.

· Operate as part of a dynamic and continuously evolving team working to meet set standards.

· Display personal ownership in handling customer enquiries.

Knowledge and skills:

· We are looking for highly motivated and passionate person.

· Customer service experience within the motor industry would be ideal, however training will be provided

· Effectively understanding customer needs and communicating with professionalism and warmth is essential.

· You should be adaptable and confident in navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

· Previous experience in customer-facing roles is required.

Package:

· 32,500 salary per year

· Monday - Friday

· 8:30am - 5pm
