Our client is currently looking for an experienced, energetic, and enthusiastic Fleet Agent / Administrator to join their team in office, located in M4 Business Park Celbridge, just off the M4 motorway and only 10 minutes from the M50 / N4 Junction 7. The role is a cross-functional role providing support to the Business Development team to maintain the fleet in a serviceable state for either hire or sale.

Duties :

  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person.
  • Completing the paperwork for used sale vehicles.
  • Handover of vehicles to the customer (new/used/courtesy/loan)
  • Liaising with the service/preparation team to ensure all vehicles are prepped to a high standard and are ready for delivery within the agreed timescale.
  • Responsible for the return vehicle process including the completion of appraisals, upload of photos, etc.
  • Maintain the vehicle preparation area in a tidy and professional manner.
  • Ensure the vehicle preparation area is secure at all times; all doors are fully closed when unattended.
  • Ensure that there is a safe working environment.
  • Any other duties in keeping with the role, such as ensuring vehicle roadworthiness, preparation of vehicles for sale when necessary, etc.

Skills and Experience :

  • 2/3 Years + Administration Experience Ideally in Motor Hire / Leasing Industry
  • An advanced level of computer literacy, in MS Office products, particularly Strong in Excel
  • A Professional Telephone Manner.
  • Excellent Organisational Skills must be capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects.
  • Helpful and Customer Focused.
  • Good communicator and strong interpersonal skills along with a good command of spoken and written English.
  • Enthusiastic and flexible work ethic.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and work to deadlines.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Full Clean driving license - you will be collecting and delivering vehicles on a daily basis.
