We are recruiting a full time Receptionist/ Office Support for our customer, based in Dublin. The hours are Monday to Friday 9-6.

The Role:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Process orders
  • Take payments
  • Pack samples and send to customers
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Perform other clerical receptionist/admin duties
  • Provide support to sales team
  • Provide cover for annual and sick leave

T&C's:

  • Time and a half for anything over 39 hours
  • Office hours Mon-Fri 9-6
