The consumer Inside Sales role will involve converting leads and generating new business by using sales tactics while also ensuring a great customer experience. The inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
- Negotiating costs, handling objections and account progression
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate channels for further development and processing
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline, increase business, cross sell and close deals
- Perform effective demos and presentations to prospects
Requirements:
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Track record of working towards sales targets
- Strong phone presence and be tenacious in relation to making sales and following leads.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Sage or One-page CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to act as mentor and support to new team members.
