The consumer Inside Sales role will involve converting leads and generating new business by using sales tactics while also ensuring a great customer experience. The inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.



Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Negotiating costs, handling objections and account progression
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate channels for further development and processing
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline, increase business, cross sell and close deals
  • Perform effective demos and presentations to prospects

Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Track record of working towards sales targets
  • Strong phone presence and be tenacious in relation to making sales and following leads.
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Sage or One-page CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to act as mentor and support to new team members.
