Job Title: Sales Development Country Manager -Hospitality & Restaurant Industry

Location: Nationwide 

Contract Duration: 3-Month Contract (with the option to extend based on performance)

Objective:
The main objective of this role is to secure hospitality, bar, and restaurant locations across the country to place our product. 

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct cold calls to bars, restaurants, cafes, and other hospitality establishments nationwide to introduce the Jolt portable power bank machine and explain its benefits.

Secure Locations: Aim to secure 4 new locations per day (approximately 20 locations per week) to place product in the businesses, at no cost to the hospitality venues.

Revenue Share Pitch: Effectively communicate the revenue-sharing model, highlighting the mutual benefits for both parties.

Build and Manage Relationships: Develop strong relationships with potential clients

Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth installation processes. Handle any inquiries or issues from clients during the contract period.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in cold calling or sales within the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industry is preferred. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn about the product are equally important.

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present the value proposition to business owners and managers.

Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet daily and weekly sales targets.

Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment, with a strong drive to secure placements and generate revenue.

Organised: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to track leads, sales, and communications.
