Our client is currently recruiting an Inside Sales Manager to join their expanding team in South Dublin. 

Responsibilities

  • Operational and disciplinary management of an outbound/inbound function (Phone, live chat, and web form queries) and a 10-strong team of Inside Sales Professionals.
  • Achieving the sales team's targets/quotas in terms of new merchants and new revenue as well as productivity targets.
  • Create an environment and culture within the department which supports the year-on-year increases in sales performance
  • Build and foster a creative, innovative approach to sales whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of daily, weekly, and monthly contractual performance levels across each KPI, showing understanding of any weak area and having clear action plans in place to overcome
  • Responsible for management of Inbound Channels, Phone Queues and Live Chat, Reporting, quota assignments/rollout, and other operational aspects of the sales process. Optimizing, managing and operationally implementing Evos business development and sales strategy.
  • Leading, coaching, training, mentoring, and monitoring the sales team so they achieve team targets and KPIs
  • Work closely with direct reports to produce clear development plans for all, aimed at increasing performance levels and building successful succession planning
  • Maintain sales staff by recruiting, onboarding, and training employees and performing employee reviews and evaluations.
  • Work with peer managers to leverage best practices and provide consistent coaching on sales and operational excellence to drive target achievement.
  • Conduct one-to-ones with the direct reports to review results versus targets set and set action plans if required.

Requirements/Experience

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales revenue goals and productivity metrics.
  • Experience working in an Outbound Telesales environment as a leader, with evidence of coaching, developing, and motivating staff
  • You have a hands-on mentality and you are an excellent people manager, inspiring people with your drive, energy, and enthusiasm. Following a clear vision and strategy you communicate and lead with a dynamic and convincing attitude.
  • Strong leadership skills and strong execution, results-driven and proven track record of holding teams accountable for end results
  • The person in this position will need to build strong relationships with other departments in order to accomplish tasks and achieve goals. The ability to build relationships across key stakeholders is critical.
  • Maintain a level of teamwork by incorporating a positive attitude, being supportive in words and actions, embodying the core values of Evo, and communicating with all levels both within the existing team & anyone outside the direct reporting structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Maintain a high level of job discretion. Performance is evaluated against the ability to make judgment calls, the ability to make sound judgments and decisions, display a heightened level of accountability and demonstrate a sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Proven track record of Inside Sales for Business to Business (B2B) markets sales essential.
