This role is for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, technically proficient individual, who can manage many different tasks, with the ability to prioritize them and meet differing time-sensitive deadlines.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to the dealer network
  • Preparing quality technical information reports
  • Attending technical conferences / Training
  • Liaising with customer care team
  • Management of specialist dealer tools
  • Connected car support
  • Working with the Dealer Network and carry our dealer visits as required


Requirements:

  • Motor Industry experience is essential. Motor Importer / NSC has a distinct advantage.
  • Qualified Automotive Technician (Master Technician an advantage)
  • EV experience a distinct advantage
  • Ideally possess good IT Skills, including MS Office suite
  • Proficient technical analytic skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Good written and oral communication and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
