This role is for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, technically proficient individual, who can manage many different tasks, with the ability to prioritize them and meet differing time-sensitive deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to the dealer network
- Preparing quality technical information reports
- Attending technical conferences / Training
- Liaising with customer care team
- Management of specialist dealer tools
- Connected car support
- Working with the Dealer Network and carry our dealer visits as required
Requirements:
- Motor Industry experience is essential. Motor Importer / NSC has a distinct advantage.
- Qualified Automotive Technician (Master Technician an advantage)
- EV experience a distinct advantage
- Ideally possess good IT Skills, including MS Office suite
- Proficient technical analytic skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Good written and oral communication and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
