We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service and Warranty Support agent for our well-established client based in Park West. The role offers up to 32,500 salary with opportunities to train and develop within a large motor distributor group.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries received from multiple channels.
- Understand and respond to customer needs, exceeding customers expectations at all times.
- Review warranty claims and payments with clients.
- Present and maintain customer service & warranty reports.
- Deal with customer and warranty related queries from our B2B customers.
- Operate as part of a dynamic and continuously evolving team working to meet set standards.
- Display personal ownership in handling customer enquiries.
Knowledge and skills:
- We are looking for highly motivated and passionate person.
- Customer service experience within the motor industry would be ideal, however training will be provided
- Understanding customers needs and skillfully communicating in a professional and personable manner is a must.
- You should be confident and adept at working in a changing environment.
- Proven customer handling experience would be ideal.
