#10359 - Bookkeeper, Salary DOE.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper for our well-established customer. 

Responsibilities:

• Management of bank accounts, cash flows and financial forecasting.
• Management accounts, VAT returns, P30, etc.
• Preparation of accounts for audit (Surf accounts package)
• Payroll
• Tax returns (Ireland & UK)
• Assist with Central Bank returns as required.
• Implement processes and upgrades to help improve efficiency.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience preferred.
• Accounting technician / part qualified accountant or similar qualification.
• Proficiency in Surf or similar finance software
• Knowledge of management accounting principles and audit procedures
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Motivated, self-starter with enthusiasm and pro-active approach
• Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
