Recruiter, 28k (35k OTE), uncapped bonus

Some recruitment experience and 3rd level education desirable - BUT NOT ESSENTIAL. Our team will provide you with full training and ensure you feel comfortable in your role.

Requirements:

• Must align with our business philosophy - hard work, innovation, passion, agile, vision, belief
• 3rd level education is desirable but not essential.
• Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided on how we do things!
• Good understanding of recruitment
• Good people skills are essential.
• Confident to speak in Instagram stories
• Attention to detail on their work and their approach to their role.
• Self-motivated and the ability to always see the bigger picture.

T&C's:

• 28k basic salary
• OTE bonus of 6,000
• Uncapped Bonus
• Basic salary review after 6 months.
• Full-time permanent position based in Blanchardstown Corporate Park, D15 EP96
• Working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday
