We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator for our customer based in Ballycoolin. The role offers a good base salary, paid overtime, and a pension package.
Responsibilities
- Creating Invoices, Purchase Orders, and other documentation
- Shipping and tracking
- Monitoring account credits and following up with clients for payments
- Accounts reconciliations
- Reporting to company financial controller and management on assigned accounts' financial status
- Service Customer account administration inbound and outbound calls and orders
- Ensure timely and successful solutions according to company needs and objectives
- Cash Counting, Till lodging
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Administrator, Customer Service, Account Manager, or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate and organization
- Experience with and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions
- Multitask, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Food Industry experience would be highly beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Package:
- 30k - 35k
- 40 hours/week
- Overtime paid (1h and 1/4)
- Pension package
- Tuesday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:30
- Saturday 07:00 - 11:00
