We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator for our customer based in Ballycoolin. The role offers a good base salary, paid overtime, and a pension package. 


Responsibilities

  • Creating Invoices, Purchase Orders, and other documentation
  • Shipping and tracking
  • Monitoring account credits and following up with clients for payments
  • Accounts reconciliations
  • Reporting to company financial controller and management on assigned accounts' financial status
  • Service Customer account administration inbound and outbound calls and orders
  • Ensure timely and successful solutions according to company needs and objectives
  • Cash Counting, Till lodging


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Administrator, Customer Service, Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate and organization
  • Experience with and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions
  • Multitask, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Food Industry experience would be highly beneficial
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


Package:

  • 30k - 35k
  • 40 hours/week
  • Overtime paid (1h and 1/4)
  • Pension package
  • Tuesday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:30
  • Saturday 07:00 - 11:00
