Position Available: Group Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual for the position of Group Payroll Administrator on behalf of a growing international organization. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic payroll team, supporting the administration of payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions.
Regular travel will be required to the companys regional offices on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of fortnightly and monthly payroll for Ireland, Europe, and the UK.
- Collate and verify weekly timesheet data using the companys Time Management System.
- Calculate wage payments accurately and resolve any discrepancies in collaboration with project leads.
- Manage annual leave entitlements and employee benefits for staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to deadlines for payroll processes and revenue submissions.
- Collaborate closely with the HR department to maintain data flow and streamline payroll functions.
- Process all new starters and leavers in the payroll system.
- Address staff payroll queries and assist with biometric setup for new profiles.
- Maintain accurate records and produce monthly reports and reconciliations.
Candidate Requirements
- 35 years of proven experience in a payroll position is essential.
- Payroll qualification or experience in payroll processes is desirable.
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional payroll processes (European experience advantageous, training provided).
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and statutory entitlements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
