We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and communicative sales professional with strong business acumen and passion for innovation to join our team.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Developing the market in Ireland;
  • Managing a direct sales team
  • Recruiting and training sales representatives
  • Organizing outbound campaigns to build a substantial pipeline which will accumulate the desired sales volumes thereafter
  • Managing direct sales representatives to ensure satisfactory performance is in place, in line with the groups standards & KPIs
  • Ensuring the designated team complies with the group standards for CRM usage
  • Managing stock levels of all products and communicating deliveries with respective teams
  • Taking the initiative to lead the way with a proactive approach and identify market niches which offer growth opportunities
  • Visiting different trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars
  • Providing Information regarding sales objectives and business results
  • Reporting to the Country Manager on a weekly basis.

Your Profile:

  • At least 2-3 years of a previous working experience in leading sales teams & process in Ireland
  • At least 5 years of a previous professional experience in direct sales and B2B sales
  • Consistency and negotiation skills
  • Very strong commercial, communicative, and relational skills
  • Result oriented mindset ability to focus on meeting targets and providing the best experience for customers
  • Previous experience with Hub Spot CRM will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience with automated systems and office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.

We offer the following compensation package:

  • Salary up to 65,000
  • Generous commission structure 30%
