About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant/Administrator to manage financial operations and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring smooth and accurate financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports).
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively.
  • Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Track incoming payments against client projects and update ongoing project invoices.
  • Implement financial procedures and controls to improve efficiency.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
