Job Title: Warehouse Operative (with B License)

Location: Dublin Industrial Estate
Hours: Monday Friday, 5:00am 2:00pm.
Saturday: Every second Saturday, 5:00am 9:00/10:00am depending on business needs.

The Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a Dublin-based warehouse team. This is a hands-on role involving picking, packing, loading, and occasional deliveries to customers across Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a fast-moving, early-start operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack fruit orders according to customer requirements.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Conduct local deliveries throughout Dublin as required (company vehicle provided).
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and hygiene in all warehouse operations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as stock rotation, waste management, and cleaning.
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time order fulfilment.
• Follow all health & safety and food safety procedures.

Key Requirements

• Full clean B driving licence essential.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and every second Saturday.
• Good level of physical fitness - role involves manual handling.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Forklift licence and experience desirable but not essential.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
