About the Role

Our client, a leading global beauty and cosmetic company is seeking a Beauty Clinic Manager to join their accelerator team. This is a unique position that allows you to make a meaningful impact across multiple clinics. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, challenges, and influence. Unlike a traditional Clinic Manager role, you wont be located in a single clinic. Instead, youll support multiple clinics across the region, helping each location deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales, and uphold our high standards of care.

*Please note- this is an accelerator role which means you will be required to cover all of the below clinics*

Locations required to be covered: 

• Greystones,
• Blackrock
• Dundrum
• Carrickmines
• Tallaght
• Liffey Valley

Salary: 40-48k DOE + excellent commission earning potentials

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
• Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service and all times.
• Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by the organisation
• Weekly 1-2-1's meetings with team members.
• Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
• Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary and grievance management.
• Staff Rostering/ Annual Leave management.
• Ad Hoc duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Management or Supervision Experience.
• Organisation and attention to detail skills.
• Mentoring.
• Sales and Working Targets required.
• Customer Service experience.
