Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Ski Travel to lead and grow our ski travel division for a leading provider of travel solutions. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the ski proposition, including strategy, commercial performance, supplier partnerships, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the ski travel strategy and overall commercial performance

• Full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margin, and growth targets

• Lead and develop product, operations, and commercial teams

• Oversee ski product development, pricing, and yield management

• Manage key supplier relationships and commercial negotiations

• Ensure high-quality operational delivery and customer experience

• Act as senior stakeholder and brand ambassador for the ski division

Key Requirements

• Senior leadership experience within ski travel, tour operations, or specialist travel

• Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership

• In-depth knowledge of ski destinations, products, and supplier markets

• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
