Head of Inbound Tours – Ireland

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Inbound Tours to lead and grow our inbound tourism operations across Ireland. This senior role offers full ownership of the inbound proposition, including strategy, commercial performance, supplier partnerships, and operational delivery, with the opportunity to run the department as if it were your own business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the inbound tours strategy and drive commercial performance across Ireland

• Full P&L accountability, including revenue, margin, and growth targets

• Develop and oversee tour products and itineraries (group and FIT), pricing, and profitability

• Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure operational excellence and high-quality customer experiences

• Lead, mentor, and develop the inbound team, delivering through them and yourself

Key Requirements

• Proven senior experience in inbound tourism, tour operations, or destination management

• Strong commercial acumen and P&L responsibility

• Deep knowledge of Ireland as a tourist destination and inbound travel logistics

• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams

• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
