Job Description:
As an HR Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our client's workforce strategy in Poipet. Youll oversee HR operations, ensure employee satisfaction, and drive organizational growth through effective talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Handle payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management.
• Knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work on-site in Poipet.
