About the Role:
We are hiring a Sales and Public Relations Officer for our client, a leading real estate company in Phnom Penh. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales. You will manage unit handovers, maintain buyer satisfaction, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Unit Handover
- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure units are prepared for timely handovers.
- Perform pre-handover inspections to confirm unit quality and cleanliness.
- Schedule and conduct unit handover appointments with buyers.
- Provide comprehensive walkthroughs, explaining unit features, functionalities, and maintenance tips.
- Address buyer concerns or issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Manage documentation, including handover checklists and payment receipts.
- Update and maintain critical reports such as Account Receivables, bi-weekly updates, and forecasts.
Post-Handover Follow-up
- Maintain ongoing communication with buyers to address any post-handover issues or questions.
- Offer support for property management and maintenance services.
- Collect buyer feedback to refine and enhance the handover process.
Payment Collection
- Ensure timely follow-up with buyers regarding outstanding payments.
- Work closely with the finance department to process payments and issue receipts.
- Respond promptly to payment-related queries or concerns.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and organized records of handover schedules, inspections, and payment receipts.
- Prepare and present reports to management on handover progress and buyer feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in real estate sales, customer relations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with buyers.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of construction and property management is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
