Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a leadership role within retail.
  • Strong knowledge of wines and spirits is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
