You will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of our gold mining operations. You will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient mining plans, ensuring safety standards are met, and optimizing production processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement mining plans to extract gold ore efficiently and economically.
• Conduct geological surveys and analysis to determine the best mining techniques and locations.
• Oversee drilling, blasting, and excavation activities to maximize ore recovery while minimizing costs.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including geologists, metallurgists, and environmental engineers to optimize mining operations.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations on mining activities, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold mining or related industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mining techniques, equipment, and processes.
• Proficiency in mining software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Surpac, Vulcan).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
